Youtube Movies on iPad

I tried to watch some Youtube movies on my iPad the other night. Each time I tried to start a movie, I got the error message saying I couldn't run it on my "mobile". I was trying to watch them with the Youtube app. Is this a flash issue, an app issue or something else? The videos work fine but not the movies.

About the YouTube issue!
This is how I resolve it....every night I charge and turn off my iPad, the first thing I do every time I start up, is go right to iTunes ! Look around just a little and then just go about my normal day using my iPad.
By going to iTunes first I have no more issues with YouTube or any other app.
