YouTube iPad video quality selector

Hi all,

I work abroad and have very slow network speeds. Is there an app or setting within YouTube that. Will allow me to choose a lower video quality to let me watch a video?

I can do it no problem with my MBP but I don't want that thing on my knee all night!
