Wifi weak

Question for anyone else with an iPad. Are you having trouble location wifi when away from home.?. I can have full signal on my iPhone wifi and want be able to even find wifi on iPad ?

Just to be clear, do you have a 3G iPad?

If not could you be confusing 3G reception on your iPhone with wifi on your iPad?

I have 4g mobile hot spot and it does not work well from home but ok everywhere else and just wondering if I really even need 4g?

Nope. I know the difference.

Learned something I didn't know from APPLE. they told me since my reception at home was also weak I needed to change password setup for router to PTA2 it works better with IPAD. took me a little bit to figure out.

I FOUND A UTUBE VIDEO ON ROUTER SETUP.

Then told me to reset networks since I already had 7 items running off wifi to PTA2 PERSONNEL. works better with iphone, ipod, and most of all IPAD. speed it up AND BOOST RECEPTION.

Now much better service and even went to the dr office today and had great reception. Glad I called them.
