WiFi syncing to another computer

hi!
I want to wifi sync my IPad to our home computer instead of my original laptop. Both computers are Windows 7 operating systems and both have Outlook as the sync destination. I historically used the laptop but I cannot find out have to change the iPad settings to use the home computer instead of the laptop. Help!!
