Wifi and cellular data

When I have them both toggled on which takes precedence? Just want to make sure I'm not using up my cellular data.

Normally WiFi has precedence over cellular data when available. If you want to be absolutely sure that you don't use cellular data, you can turn off cellular data in settings, restricting all data to WiFi only.
To do so, go to Settings>Cellular Data and slide the switch to off.

I thought that was the case but wanted to be sure.
