Which iPad should I buy?

Hi. I dont know if this section is the right place to ask this, I'm planning to buy and ipad 2 16 gig (wifi only) for 16,000 brand new.. and there is my friend selling his ipad 2 32 gig (wifi+3g) for 20,000 but not brand new. What is the best buy? i have an iphone 4 already. Can anyuone help me? Thank you!!

I don't know what's a good price there but you may want to consider if the new one comes with a warranty. It will depend on your needs but I don't know if a used iPad should sell for 1/4 cost more than a new even if it does have 3G and 16gb more. You would best compare with other used iPads for sale in your area to say if it is fair.
