What's the best notes app in store ??

I think every one like to write what he thinking of or write a poem for someone love and he don't want any one to see anything of what he wrote .

So what do you think the most appropriate app and multi characteristic for this job?
I tried an app called NL (note lock) and I'm thinking of having it except if there is a better app you can tell me about . So please any help??
