What time can Apple preorders begin?

When the I Pad Pro is put out for pre-order from the Apple web site, at what time will that happen? Will it be put up on Cupertino time? Do they put it online at a certain time? Also will the orders be allowed on the apple store app? Does it go online same as Apple.com?

Online sales on the Apple website and Apple Store app will most likely start at the same time, whenever that is. It's possible that there may not be a pre-order period for the iPad Pro.

So it's just pre-orders on the 11th, with a shipping date probably within the next two weeks after that. It'll be interesting to see how well it sells.
