 has just put out iOS 18.6.1. Right now it appears to be just for the iPhone and not. The iPad.

When does the iPad version of iOS 26 come out? I heard something about the 15th of September on other forums for the iPhone release.

It should come out on the same day as the release of iOS 26, September 15th.

That makes sense. I just don’t see too much talk about iPad OS 26. It seems like  is mainly hyped up about the new iPhone and the phone updates lately.

Thanks Johanna - I wanted to delay due to a beach trip on Thursday but was anxious to get my devices upgraded before the trip - SO this afternoon did 2 iPhones, 3 iPads, 2 Apple TVs, and 2 computers - took less than a few hours and all seemed to be working fine - NOW, the issue will be whether my wife and I will be happy with the changes Apple has made? Dave
