Has anyone ever compiled a list of Tweaks sorted by downloads?

Some of the default repo sites have a counter for how many times a package has been downloaded, which does not limit it towards unique downloads rather than downloads, redownloads, etc. It's hard to gauge per unique download because it requires too many resources to check the Cydia Account ID numbers every time a download is requested and processed.
