Admire your energy and handyman ability Richard. Those pics of the renovations are just great. Loved the pics of the kitchen as we are starting to think about that, maybe soon. Re that energy, if you have any left over at the end of the day I'll gladly buy some off you. Oh, sorry, trading not allowed on this forum.
