Video Player With Static Icons ( play/Stop etc.) Ipad 2

Hi All

For my son who has Autism I am look for a video player :

While playing Video the Icons Remain on the bottom of the display ( Play-Stop-FF etc..)
Will play video random

For Ipad 2

Any help grateful
