Video in messages

nice updating to OS 7, I can't switch to video in messages. It stays on photo no matter how much I tap video. I've tried restarting to no avail. It doesn't work on my iPhone 5 either. Has anyone else had this problem?

Don't tap it, touch the screen and slide it to video.
