Video camera app with zoom option?

I am looking for a video camera app that has an option to zoom in and still maintain good video quality.

Can someone please recommend me one?

There may be a few apps that will allow zoom, but the camera itself is not good enough to keep the quality good, it will get pixely very quickly, as it will only be using a digital zoom, not a mechanical (optical) zoom.
