Using camera with messenger

I'm new to the iPad n just bought the new one iPad3. Wondered how to use the camera as a webcam n if u can on things like msn! Any help wud b appreciated! Cheers!

There is a Windows Live Messenger app in the app store, but it appears it does not have a video function, just text chat. Without a specific app, you would not be able to video chat. There may be a third party app out the that someone may suggest.

Vimeo works for iPhone and android and of course facetime
