Users guide

This is probably a stupid question but how do you get to the second page of the table of contents in the users guide? I have tried flipping the page but it won't go. I have no problem flipping pages everywhere else.

In iBooks? No page turning. Just swipe up an down to scroll.

No problem. I probably would have spent time wondering myself, if I hadn't noticed that the last line was kind of faded looking. That's pretty much the only hint you get that the list is longer than what you can see.

The little scroll bar shows only very briefly when the page fist appears, and again when you swipe up or down.
