Upgrade my jailbroken ipad 1 to new jailbreak

Is it worth upgrading my iPad 1 4.3.3 jailbreak to 4.3.4 or 4.3.5? I tried to search what I would gain by upgrading but couldn't find any details on what the benefits would be

Naw, there's no benefits for the hassle you'd go through (mainly, that jailbreaks for 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 are tethered jailbreaks).

Best thing to do is sit tight on 4.3.3 and hope "they" come out with a jailbreak for iOS 5 after it debuts in the fall ...
