Trashed emails reappearing

A few seconds or minutes after deleting an email from my inbox, it reappears.

You have provided no information to help us even respond to your question; for starters: 1) What iPad model do you own; 2) What iOS is installed and did the problem start after a recent upgrade, i.e. to 8.x; 3) Are you using the native mail app in iOS, a third party app (such as Yahoo), or a web browser; 4) What accounts do you have and if multiple, is one or all misbehaving; 5) What are the specifics of your email accounts, especially if POP3 or IMAP is being used; and 6) Are you syncing to iCloud?

Answers to these questions might just help - Dave
