Is there any way to download touchable for free(without jailbreaking)? I need that app but i think that 25 bucks would be pretty much for it...

No, there is no legal way to get a paid app for free.

And, gaining the ability to hack or pirate apps is NOT the reason for jailbreaking!!!

Please don't ask again as to how to get paid apps for free. That's piracy and not condoned here at iPadForums.
