Hi can anyone advise , how to tether my iPad 2 to pc ?

Simply set up your PC as a wireless hotspot

Turn Your Windows 7 PC Into a Wireless Hotspot

and then your iPad WiFi will be able to link to that hotspot, as it would any other hotspot.

Tim there are videos on how to Tether a Iphone to the iPad but they are very lacking on the How To. Is there a small chance there is a guide available to do this.
Also what is the difference between a MiFi and Airport Express. I have AE and I have it working very well,however Im thinking of buying a MiFi,the only difference I see is the AE works from a Hard Wire and the MiFi is pure wireless which you have to pay a carrier for. Do I have this right or is there more I should know in order to buy one.
