Task sychronisation through USB cable

Hi All,

I'm synchronising my iPad through a USB cable with Outlook on a Windows PC. Outlook is connected to a MS Exchange Server. I want to synchronise my Outlook task to an application in the iPad (and visa versa).

Can you recommend any good application that can do that?

I've seen a lot of application doing it either wireless or via the cloud, both are not an option for me. I do not have access to the wireless network with my iPad and I don't want my information (tasks) being stored in the cloud.
