Sync iPad map bookmark with iphone

Hi all,

I hv created many book mark on my iPad , these are location where I wish to visit during my holiday trip. I like these bookmark to be auto transfer to my iphone map book mark .

I heard some one use xMark to do this. I have try but unable to solve .

Any advise is welcome.
