Other than double tapping on the home button and the tapping on the second open program is there any way to switch from one app to second app (for example switching back and forth between Dropbox and Goodreader). Thanks

Thanks for the help. Is this the same stuff Apple is supposed to have in OS 5 in the fall.

Can someone help me switch between English and Arabic keyboards on my iPad. I just downloaded the Arabic keyboard, but stuck. Thanks.

'Settings', 'General', 'Keyboard', 'International Keyboard' if you want to delete one of them. If you want to switch back and forth between them then there's a button with a 'world' icon on it on the bottom row of the on-screen keyboard next to the space bar that allows you to swap backwards and forwards.
