does anyone know how to browse sub categories in app store? for exemple; at the first level a list reflects all the categories (games, productivity etc). however, i can not find the way to go a category down further (puzzles, strategy, adventures etc)

Unfortunately, the App Store is not very versatile. Try App Shopper, it's a lot quicker, and has some filtering options that might help you out.

 

[The Alternative]

Search "puzzle games" (29 Pages)
Search "adventure games" (9 Pages)
Search "strategy games" (11 Pages)

Pretty versatile to me...

I agree with jeeper app shopper is the easiest way to search for different apps
