Stylus for web surfing

I have a stylus from a previous tablet. I like using it when surfing to accurately hit small targets, such as page numbers. It works well for that, but it isn't good for sliding across the screen to turn pages. Is there a stylus that works well for this?

Stylus suggestion

I use the Pogo stylus and it seems to work well for swiping. The plastic shirt pocket clip broke off the stylus many months ago but I still use it. I travel with my iPad in a soft sleeve and I wrap the Pogo stylus in a Costco eyeglass cloth tucked in the sleeve as well. Great companions to the iPad.
