Strange new behaviour, can anyone help me please

my iPad 2 air will load Safari or chrome - no problem, It will then search OK but when I choose a link, the blue headline turns red and it won't load. If I try to 'view in browser' from an email the iPad freezes. I have tried restarting, resetting, I've synced and backed up to my iMac. I'm running 9.3 can anyone suggest anything please.

I too am suffering with this problem. IPad Air 2, running 9.2.1cannot click on any links in searches or email. After trying several times, this then freezes the screen altogether. I have turned off Search Suggestions, JavaScript, rebooted numerous times, deleted cache, etc. can think of nothing else to do. Have seen this is an ever growing problem. How long will Apple take to address this problem?

I think this is the problem that Apple is addressing with IOS 9.3.1.

Yes I too have had this downloaded update seems ok now
