Storing emails on Ipad2

I want to save my Emails in folders on my Ipad2, just like I do on my desktop.
Is there an app that let's me do this?

This depends on the type of email account you already have, POP accounts do not have this feature whereas an account like Gmail does. I have a POP account, I have set up my iCloud and with this you will gain another email address which does enable you to have folders.

I do have a pop account and aware I cannot have additional folders for storage of emails. Is there an app that would allow me to forward the email to it. I found one app that only let's me forward the email attachment. I want to save some Email's

Sorry, I don't know of an app but some email accounts can be changed to IMAP but you will need to contact your Carrier to ascertain. I have iCloud set up, I don't use this email account other than to use the folders it provides for saving my emails from my original account.
