Is there a Stopwatch Timer App that allows me to insert my own photo background?

It's so boring doing Plank Abs exercises just staring at a countdown timer- would be much better if I could stare at a favourite photo with the Stopwatch Timer superimposed

No ideas on the pictures, but you could always play music, podcasts, or other audio content in the background to keep yourself distracted.
