Starting a business and moving out of the country.

Hi~ We currently live in USA, however we bought a business in Cozumel Mexico.
We need a product that will allow us ease of emails, internet (in Mexico), Credit card reader,
etc. We also need this to be of great ease and "on the go" usage. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
