Slow Video Downloads

I have a new IPAD 4...when downloading a video movie, it is EXTREMELY SLOW...any ideas?

The download speed is dictated by:

- connection speed (wifi, broadband, cellular connections)
- server side speed

Unlikely your iPad is the issue, most likely one of the above. Movie files can be very large, so will take some time.
