Slow cellular connection

Hi, I have an iPad 2 64gigs, 3G. My cellular connection is normally faster than my wifi connection, except for the past few days. Does anyone know how to repair this?

Hi, my connection has been bad as well really bad and normally is fantastic, I thought it was just me.
