self pub in ibookstore

I have converted my book to Epub using Calibre, tested it with EpubCheck, I have an iTunes acct, I have Quick Time and I have put it in my iTunes library, but how do I get it into the iBookstore to SELL it. I have a Tax # and an ISSBN #. Can't seem to figure this out and don't want to use Smashword or LuLu.
