I would like my ipad2 to be able to do everything that my laptop does. So that why I look for apps that do what I want !

I want to be able to convert avi, mkv, mpg kind of file to mp4 or m4v. But I want to do it all on my ipad.
I got all the program to do it on my pc or mac but I want to do it on my ipad.
Exemple:
Import avi file convert it to mp4, save it to camera roll and use it in imovie if I want !
