I am seraching for a selection quiz which can be conducted offline on an iPad. The answers should ideally be stored online somewhere.
The quiz consits of 7 questions with 4 answer possibilities, where every answer is scored with 0 to 3 points. The quiz-taker should see a message according to the score he obtained.
This has to be an offline quiz.
The answers entered should be stored online and/or as an exportable file whenever there is an Internet connection again.
Does anyone knows a good app or an online survey-tool which can be used for this purpose?
