I'm using the ipad to remote access my desktop computer. Some of the programs I open remotely are over sized. Is there a way to adjust the screen resolution of the ipad to match the desktop?

Unlike on a laptop or desktop computer, there is no way to change the screen resolution of an iPad screen.

Depending on the app, you can have the desktop resolution match your iPad. Splash top will do this.
