Screen protector conundrum

Just got a pack of 3 screen protectors for my new iPad 3 from amazon. Package says "avoid touching the adhesive side of the protector while installing...". How does this adhesive a few the oil repelling screen coating if I later peel the protector off (assuming I can peel it off).

I can't quite understand your post, I think auto correct may have changed some vital words. I've never taken the protector of my iPad, but I have on my iPhone and it's come off clean, if that's what you mean.
