Flyer up grading to iOS 7 my scream flips upside down and stays locked on some apps. I had turned it off and on a couple times. Anyone else?

Once I figured out how to shut down or close apps, the problem went away. Not sure which app was causing it cause I had so many open.

Its good that it is solved but it should not happen due to the remaining open of any app.
