I want to save an email in its entirety (not an attachment) to a file. Is there any way of doing this.
We have a pop email so we cannot make new folders.

Thanks

Hello Lyn.
Not sure what you need but I do this:
With the email open, either click Reply or Forward.
Then you can use the copy function to highlight a word, then click Select All, then Copy.
I then Paste it into Arrownote. Or I guess it will copy into any word processor.
It's not difficult, however someone else may have an easier method.

I use a combo of Pop and non-Pop. I just create folders in my non-Pop accounts and use those for my Pop emails, too. The native mail app allows you to move emails around by tapping Edit, and then selecting which emails you want to move (or flag). You can just create a Gmail account and create folders to use, for instance.

Of course, it's up to you whether you think that worthwhile, but it is for me because, if I want to check for old saved email, they're all in the email app.

I use the same system as KayKayKay and its been working well for me. Well, almost - I sometimes forget which non-POP account has the folder I wish to save an e-mail to, so I'm often looking for folders. :)

But, other than that, it's a nice way to keep all emails in one place.

Thanks for a really good tip :) I have been trying to work out a solution to that problem for weeks!
