Removing E Mail addressess before forwarding E Mails

Hi,I feel sure there is an easy way to remove all E Mail addresses before forwarding E Mails but Zi don't seem able to sort it out any help will be very much appreciated

Tap and hold on a word until "Select" appears above. Choose Select (don't choose "Select All"), then drag the highlighted part up and/or down using the blue dots until everything that has to be deleted is highlighted.
