can not reset pass word says it is rest But when i try to sign on say invaled password this has been going on since i got i-pad i have tryed every thing i could try

I would love to shear the steps taken to solve my problem

but I was on the phone with apple support for close to an hr.and they where countless steps taken, I would not know where to begin even if I remembered all the steps (WITCH I DON’T) sorry I couldn't be more helpful, the only think I can say if you have a problem any apple product call apple support the are very helpful

Fair enough! Good to see your problem was fixed. When that iPad stops working it can be very frustrating, and help from those Apple guys must surely be a relief. Keep on iPadding
