question about transferring music!

When i get my new ipad 2 is there anyway to transfer my music from my ipod touch to the ipax without a computer & itunes?

iCloud...I think it will push all your music to any wifi device without plugging in but I think you must upgrade to ios5 first...see I am learning!!

If it is all iTunes purchased music you can go into iTunes on the iPad, choose the Purchased tab, and download it again for free.

Otherwise, I know of no way to transfer your music without using a computer to get the music off the iPod first.
