Problem with picture.. iPad2/AppleTV/BBC iPlayer

hi.. I am trying to get my iPad2 to allow me to play from iPlayer to AppleTV via my WiFi network. All setting check out OK, I can get sound from the programme on iPlayer, but no picture. The signal strength is showing high. Have gone thro the various settings over and over but no joy. What am I doing wrong please?

The iplayer app has disabled video AirPlay, but you might be able to wirelessly mirror it, as I think that will override it.

My iPad2 plays sound on BBC Iplayer. Picture lasts for about 30 seconds then screen goes blank. Same on iPhone. Works fine on my MacBook though. Can anyone tell me why and what to do? Thank you.
