How does one print the iPad calendar?

There is no direct way. The easiest workaround is to take a screen shot (by pressing the Power and Home buttons together briefly) and then printing that (the screen shot goes to the Photos app)

iPad Calendar Printing

I use an app called CalPrint, you can print all or any of your calendar and it also does it to loads of printers without having to hack your Mac!! Just search on CalPrint and you will see it.
