Printing pages and office 2 Hd

I am now connected to an Hp office jet pro 8100
I have Pages and office 2hd on my iPad. I have managed to print something of each BUT....
1) with office 2hd it only printed 1 out of 4 pages and then in landscape rather than portrait.
2) with pages, it printed double sided and I only wanted it printing one sided. It didn't help that the even double
sided, one of the pages upside down.

I cannot see any settings where I can change this.

Can someone help on this before I grind all my teeth down to the stump.

I can't help with Office HD, and not much with Pages.

It is my experience that printers often retain the last layout settings for new jobs. You may want to double check how your printer is set up to print (from the computer). Also check any default settings, and change them if necessary.

There may be default seeing in the printer itself. Check the manual. Yes, I know, they are not (usually) user friendly.
