Preconfigured Gestures?

Hey all, I'm using Assistive Touch and was wondering if there's a way to sort of load the most common Custom Gestures that would be accessible through Favorites. For those that can only use 1 key at a time, it's not possible to create new Custom Gestures like pinching the screen.
