Omg I waited forever for an update. I just downloaded it. My town completely changed. I lost all my friends. Some of my buildings, money and gems are all gone. The game keeps crashing I can't do anything. I wrote them but they probably still don't have a support team.

Like others, since I updated, everything is totally whacky! I have someone else's town, no gems, no food, nearly no money, (although this town is way ahead of mine). Even my friend list is different. I'm sure they're getting some email now, haha. Also, each time I open, buildings move around.

I still have the old version on my iPhone I deleted the new version on my iPad but I get get the old game to transfer to my iPad it tries to upgrade. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. Do Pioneers have a technical support or a way we can contact them. Yesterday everytime I opened I had random villages and this morning, I have nothing at all, just the characters wandering aimlessly around a vacant plot of land with no money, no gems, no energy and I have no idea!
