Pinterest problem with iPad2

[Slingl]

I have no icons on the bottom of my Pinterest - no following or camera or anything. How do I fix this.

I have tried portrait and landscape, uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't find a settings that addresses it.
Can anyone help please? Thank you
