twerppoet iPad Fan Dec 16, 2012 #3 If you happen to get/have the iPhoto app, taping the (i) icon will give you the time and other metadata for a photo (if available). It is not necessary to copy and edit the photo from the library. Just browse/select it and tap the icon.
