photos on ipad2

HELP.... Has anyone figured out how to delete photos that were transferred onto an ipad2??

Go into photos, navigate to your the album that contains your photos, click the curvy arrow in the top right corner, touch to select the photos you want to delete, then click delete in the top left corner. That's how you delete photos, but it doesn't work with Photostream.

If the photos were imported to iPad through sync with your computer then you must change or remove those photos within iTunes prior to a re-sync. The only photos that you can delete using the above method are those you've shot using iPad camera, iPad screenshots, or photos you've imported with camera kit.
