Folks,
just got my new iPad 2 and as usual with me, I jump into it with both feet and screwed up somewhere during the inital synch in iTunes. I plugged into my iMac
but came away without my wireless network recognized by the Pad. Most of
what is on my Mac got transferred, just not my mail network, not my Verizon accounts or my one Gmail acccount. What I have keeps showing up is a nonexistant network which somewhere in the past I created.
If this sounds too nebulous, just let me know.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

I saw your network issue. OK - several ways forward but, if you go into 'Settings', 'WiFi', and switch WiFi on, does the iPad see your present network and can you join it? You can always delete the spurious network settings that it's inadvertently inherited from the past.

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
